Job Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone email or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
- Escalating complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution
- Following up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed satisfactorily
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Providing product or service information to customers as needed
- Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering top-notch service
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer service software
Desired Experience:
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
