- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in remote IT support.
- Experience with virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) systems.
- Certifications in relevant IT areas such as CompTIA Microsoft or Cisco.
- Experience working with cloud-based services and solutions.
