Job Summary
Job Description: Remote Scrum Master at Brownstone Agency Inc
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings sprint planning and retrospective meetings
- Work closely with product owners and development teams to prioritize tasks and organize sprints
- Track and communicate team velocity and progress to stakeholders
- Remove impediments and ensure a smooth workflow for the development team
- Coach team members on Agile methodologies and best practices
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a remote work setting
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master
- Experience with remote team management and agile tools such as Jira
- Experience in software development or IT projects
