Job Description: Call Center Representative at Measutronics

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Provide information about products and services answer questions and resolve customer issues
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines when handling different topics
  • Meet and exceed quotas for call volume and quality

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Experience with technical support or sales is a plus
