Job Description: Call Center Representative at Measutronics
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Provide information about products and services answer questions and resolve customer issues
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines when handling different topics
- Meet and exceed quotas for call volume and quality
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Experience with technical support or sales is a plus
