Job Summary
Job Description: Billing Supervisor at Zambrero
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the billing operations of the company
- Supervise a team of billing specialists and ensure accurate and timely billing processes
- Review and analyze billing data to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth billing operations
- Provide training and guidance to team members on billing procedures and software
- Oversee the preparation of invoices and payment reminders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in billing software and MS Office particularly Excel
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Desired Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in billing or related field
- Experience in supervising a team is a plus
