Job Summary
Role: Business Analyst - Contract Role with Hospitality Client (Consulting background is preferred)
Seniority: Mid-Senior levels
Day rate: 400-500/day
Project duration: 3 months (with possible extension for the next project phase) starting asap
Location: Hybrid two-three days on-site per week in Luton
Were supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale complex transformations worldwide.
The role is for a Business Analyst who is good with numbers data visualisation and report writing. You will reporting into the Customer Experience Director.

Tasks
- Understand and analyse customer experience across multiple sites
- Create reports for different data sets as new customer experience solutions are trialled
- Assess and communicate the impact of these initiatives to drive insight and decision-making
Requirements
- An independent consultant
- Consulting background is preferred
- 7 years experience in business analyst positions
- Hospitality or retail experience is ideal
