Job Summary
We are excited to be working with an Outstanding secondary school in Sale to recruit a high-calibre Data Manager. This full-time permanent position is available for an immediate start. We are looking for a proactive individual who can lead the schools data strategy ensuring that student performance information is accurate and used to drive consistently outstanding quality in teaching and learning.

Responsibilities
Manage the schools Management Information System (MIS) to ensure data integrity
Produce high-calibre statutory returns (census) and internal performance reports
Analyze student assessment data to identify trends and support academic interventions
Lead on the scheduling and organization of the school timetable
Provide technical expertise and training to staff on data usage and reporting
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience managing data within an educational or complex public sector setting
Proficiency in MIS software (e.g. SIMS Bromcom or Arbor)
Meticulous attention to detail and advanced Excel skills
Must have the right to work in the UK
