The Deputy Nurse Manager holds a senior clinical leadership role supporting the Home Manager while providing hands-on oversight of dementia and complex nursing care.

What Youll Need
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with valid NMC registration
- Senior nursing experience such as Clinical Lead Unit Manager or Deputy Nurse Manager
- Proven experience in nursing home and dementia care
- Strong track record managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk
- Experience contributing to service development or quality improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with electronic care planning systems

- Support the Home Manager with policy implementation and operational objectives
- Oversee safeguarding concerns clinical risk assessments and investigations
- Ensure residents care plans are accurate current and reflective of need
- Act as a key point of contact for residents families and healthcare professionals
- Contribute to staff development supervision and clinical guidance
