The Project Controls Specialist will oversee planning scheduling budgeting and performance reporting for construction projects. The role ensures alignment with project objectives monitors progress provides actionable insights to stakeholders and assists with project closeout updates.Job Description
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Smartsheet MS Office or MS Project.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets cost forecasts and variance analyses.
- Identify and mitigate risks; maintain risk registers.
- Generate regular progress and financial reports for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with project managers procurement and finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
