This positionis responsible forselling national advertisers(clients)on the benefits ofcinemaas an advertisingplatformwith a focus onidentifyingalignment with client KPIs cultivating new relationships with clients at all levelsand generating revenue growth.

National CineMedia isseekinga highly motivatedBusiness DevelopmentSenior Account Executivein San Francisco or surrounding marketto join our dynamic team. TheBusiness DevelopmentSenior Account Executivewill play a pivotal role in fostering relationships driving revenue growth and overseeing strategic initiatives within the realm of advertising and media territorythatthis position will cover is San Francisco Bay area Silicon ValleySeattleand Portland.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the assignedclient account list.
- IdentifyBusiness opportunities anddemonstrateto clients how Cinema addresses their marketing strategies.
- Cultivate and nurture high level relationships with key decision makers for assigned client list advocating for National CineMedias services and offerings.
- Build and develop relationships with clients and agency contacts through consistent meetings phone calls emails and social settings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing operations research and finance to create custom plans compelling research stories and innovative marketing solutions.
- Communicate constantly with split partners for seamless selling efforts
- Analyze market trends competitive landscapes and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Keep new and innovative ideas in front of key clients on an on-going basis
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Advertising or related field.
- Minimum of 15years of progressive experience inadvertisingsales media sales or related fields.
- Strategic thinking coupled with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to develop strong long-lasting relationships with all levels of clients.
- Advanced presentation skills (individual group executive level and in-person over the phone and in writing).
- Thorough understandingof andcomfortlevelwith media research and math.
- Creative entrepreneurial thinker with the ability to deliverconsultativesolution orientedsales approach and developbig ideasbased on client marketingobjectives.
- Ability to managehandleand prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Proventrack recordof successfully managing large accounts exceeding sales targets and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiencyin CRM software Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.

Salary Range: Base Salary of approximately $150000 - $170000 annually plus bonus - compensation is commensurate with skills & experience.
