With the support ofourSAM tool you will workto enhance Bolidens license managementand supportover 8000colleaguesacross 12 business unitsin 5countiresacross the world.
Who You Will Work With:
As aLicense Manager you will be part of a dedicated team that collaborates closely tomanagingBolidens licenses. You will work alongside colleagues who are committed to delivering top-notch IT services andoptimizingour platform. Your role will involve interacting withinternaldepartments andexternalsuppliers to ensure seamless license management and compliance.
What You Will Do:
In this role your key responsibilities will include:
Ensuring license compliance
Analyzing andoptimizinglicense usage
Creating reports and insights via the SAM tool
Providing support and advice on licensing issues
Managing license portals such as Microsoft 365 AzureAdobeetc
Internal stakeholder analysis and demand management
Participating in contract renewals and negotiations
Preparing decision-making materials for purchases and contracts
Supplier management and contract follow-up
Managing the purchase cost control and invoicingofsoftware and licenses
What You Bring:
We are looking for a candidate with several years of experience in license management and Software Asset Management preferably in larger organizations. The ideal candidate will have:
A university education in IT or equivalent experience
Good knowledge of different license models and experience in analyzing andoptimizingsoftwarelicenses
Insight into volume agreements from major manufacturers
Proficiencyin both Swedish and English in speech and writing
It isadvantageousif you have:
Experience working in large organizations
Experience working with a SAM tool such as ServiceNow SnowXensamor similar tools
As a person you are structured quality-conscious and communicative. You enjoy collaboration taking the initiative toestablishnew contact points and have a helpful attitude. With a systematic and proactive approach you drive the work forward both independently and within the team. Your methodical approach ensures maintained order and claritytimelytask completion and thorough follow-up on outcomes. You see opportunities prioritize effectively and find solutions that create value for Bolidens operations.
