Your to-do-list as a Comfort GM:
- As the General Manager of Comfort Hotel Malmö youre the leader on-site. From hitting occupancy targets and driving financial results to building the brand you act as the CEO of your hotel
- Make every guest feel welcome and comfortable ensuring that each interaction reflects our relaxed and urban vibe
- Drive occupancy and boost revenue by offering great value without compromising on the guest experience
- Keep an eye on the numbers managing budgets and finances to make sure the hotel runs profitably and sustainable
- Keep the day-to-day operations running like clockwork ensuring everything flows smoothly from check-in to check-out
- Lead a small tight-knit team creating a fun collaborative environment where everyone can grow and shine
- Bring sustainability into everything we do helping us be a responsible player
