As Product Manager for Operational Excellence at Zimpler youll drive innovation and efficiency in our core payment operations.
Youll own the product strategy and roadmap for our platforms supporting Accounting Compliance and Treasury operations as well as uptime and cost of our payment platform infrastructure:
- Know Your Customer (KYC/KYB) and Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD)
- Transaction Monitoring and AML
- Financial Reconciliation settlement and reporting
- Platform infrastructure
This is what you will do
- Own the product roadmap platforms supporting Accounting Compliance and Treasury operations
- Lead the prioritization and delivery of features with your Product Team.
- Work closely with stakeholders from Finance Risk AML and Treasury to understand user needs and regulatory requirements
- Manage product delivery as part of cross-company projects to improve how we do business.
- Participate in the evaluation and integration of vendor solutions for AML and Finance.
- Define track and report key product performance metrics to enable continuous improvement.
