The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and consumer experience. They excel in partner management process improvement business planning leveraging data and digital tools to optimise performance. A proactive problem-solver they thrive in fast-paced cross-functional environments and build strong relationships to drive mutual growth.
Key traits and skills:
Extensive sales experience in account management or related field
Proven expertise in sales and commercial partnership management
Partner management experience at buyer level merchandising or planning
Digital acumen
An effective team player and positive influence
WHAT YOULL WORK ON
You will drive revenue margin and market share by executing Nikes EMEA sport strategy with Zalando. Youll plan and manage assortments optimise trading improve the sell-in processes and deliver premium consumer experiences.
Your responsibilities include:
Build strong partnerships with your external and internal stakeholders
Drive projects that improve consumer experience or sell-in processes
Drive forecasts and scenario planning using sport consumer and marketplace insights
Adopt and execute seasonal assortments based on merchandising frameworks
Execute Consumer Code with your partner end-to-end bringing excitement and inspiration
Ensure seasonal product flow and optimise in-season trading and replenishment
Implement partner strategies focused on elevation & expansion with distinction in the marketplace
