The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-drivenDigital Media / Consumer PR Managerto join Adobes India Communications team. This role will develop and execute impactful communications strategies focused on Adobes creator creative professional and business products (including ideation productivity imaging photography video and document solutions). You will play a pivotal role in storytelling to our digital-first audiences driving awareness education and brand love around Adobes Digital Media product portfolio and innovations.

As a key member of a fast-paced and dynamic Communications team you will shape compelling narratives around creativity innovation AI and technology - translating complex ideas into powerful stories that resonate across traditional and new media channels. You will collaborate closely with media creators and cross-functional partners across business marketing and international teams to deliver integrated communications programs.

This role reports to Indias Head of External Communications and is ideal for a proactive strategic communications professional with a passion for social-first storytelling strong consumer media relations and passion for the creator economy. You will thrive in a highly collaborative environment bringing strong critical thinking narrative development and program management skills to elevate Adobes brand products and customers in todays evolving media landscape.

What Youll Do

  • Lead and own comprehensive communications strategies and deliverablesfor Adobes Digital Media portfolio including creative creator and business products such as Photoshop Firefly Premiere Express and Acrobat - driving awareness education adoption and reputation across priority audiences.
  • Maintain continuous visibilitythrough campaigns that promote key product launches business priorities and thought leadership narratives spearheaded by executives.
  • Manage and scale a high-touch media programthat reaches both traditional and non-traditional press with a strong focus on social-first media outcomes. Build nurture and manage priority relationships across traditional outlets new media influencers and creators to strengthen Adobes brand and product visibility.
  • Drive creative storytelling that leverages KOLsto substantiate and expand Adobes footprint within the creator economy and digital-first media ecosystem.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to key stakeholders collaborating on end-to-end communications planning for major launches announcements calendar moments and ongoing narratives.
  • Collaborate closely with agency partnersto drive execution excellence including communications plans press kits playbooks messaging frameworks media prep presentations and launch materials.
  • Partner cross-functionallywith product marketing social media sales events PR teams to deliver integrated consistent and impactful communications across earned owned and paid channels.
  • Oversee creation of high-quality contentincluding press releases blogs bylines FAQs and thought leadership ensuring alignment with Adobes brand voice and business priorities.
  • Track analyse and report communications performance establishing consistent benchmarks and measurement framework - particularly across non-traditional press - to evaluate impact optimise strategy and showcase results to internal stakeholders.

What Youll Need to Succeed

  • 12-15 years of experiencein communications public relations or digital media with a focus on consumer and brand communications
  • Proven track record of securing high-impact media coverageand maintaining strong productive media relationships
  • Strong experience in driving communications results focused on social-first audiences.
  • Exceptional writing editing and presentation skills with the ability to craft clear compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Deep interest in media influencers emerging platforms and cultural moments with an understanding of how stories travel across channels
  • Direct working experience with senior leadersand in fast paced cross functional environments.
  • Organisation and strategic thinking skillswith strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelors degreein communications marketing journalism or a related field or equivalent experience
