Job Summary
Overview
Under supervision this individual is also expected to support Sales Finance and GBO contract and proposal processes in regard to work allocation system updates processing budgets & contracts document sstorage internal budgets updates and other related tasks.
Responsibilities
Work closely with GBO and Sales Teams for business needs concerning product updates in Salesforce and general overall support.
Process proposal budgets for product updates
Support senior team members with special projects and troubleshooting proposal budgets.
Run adhoc reports as needed for compliance reporting.
Participate in departmental initiatives.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Bachelors Degree student or fresh graduate
1 years experience in administrative or healthcare environment
Knowledge and functions of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Advanced English (with the ability to prepare written communications using correct spelling grammar and punctuation)
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers GBO and Sales
Excellent attention to detail required.
Ability to act independently and with initiative required to resolving problems
Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
