Your working day :

A chatbot is an artificial intelligence that can respond to a users questions (or prompts) on any subject with an almost human-like "understanding." It performs text-based tasks like creating various forms of content summarizing text and translating between languages.
Content Reviewers working on our Chatbot team are responsible for reviewing Chat Bots text- based answers that were flagged by users as not okay by using the policies & guidelines to decide if the answers were offensive/dangerous.
You will visually review text-based content and escalate violations of Client policies using internal tools.
On this project you might review content that ranges from mild to very sensitive topics such as but not limited to profanity hate speech or violence.
Attention to detail and quick decision-making skills are key for success in this role as the tasks can be quite repetitive.

What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job :

Fluent in Croatian with good English
Content Moderator experience
Great communication

You will benefit :

Work schedule : Monday to Friday between 7am to 6pm // 8h per day with weekend off // Rotating shift

Required Skills:
