Role Overview:

As a E-Commerce Content Reviewer you will review user-generated content including text images and videos to ensure it complies with company policies community guidelines and applicable regulations. Your analytical skills sound judgment and cultural awareness will play a key role in maintaining platform integrity and promoting a safe online experience for users.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Evaluation: Review user-generated content to ensure it complies with internal policies and regulatory standards
Objective Moderation: Apply guidelines consistently while making fair and impartial decisions
Community Protection: Support the creation of a respectful inclusive and secure digital environment
Policy Adherence: Follow established moderation processes and remain aligned with updated policies
Case Escalation: Identify complex or sensitive situations and escalate them through the appropriate channels

Requirements:

Language Skills: Proficiency in Czech (C1/C2) and English (B2).
Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
Experience: 0-1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
Skills: Strong critical thinking communication and decision-making abilities.
