Are you a fluent German speaker looking for an exciting international career opportunity in one of South Africas most vibrant coastal cities We are currently seeking professional and enthusiastic Customer Support Agents to join our global retail project on-site in the premier business hub of Umhlanga Durban. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers handling inquiries via phone email and live chat. You will assist with order management logistics product questions and resolving complaints with empathy and professionalism. Candidate Requirements

Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in German (B2 C1 or C2 level) and good English communication skills for internal team collaboration.
Education: A completed Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification is essential for this role.
Legal & Compliance: Must have valid permission to work in South Africa and a clear criminal and credit (ITC) record.
Experience: Prior experience in Customer Support or a call centre environment is highly preferred specifically within the retail sector.
Availability: Comfortable working in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
