Our IT team (lovingly called the pIT Crew) plays a critical role in keeping people connected productive and supported across our six global officesand were looking for a Richmond-based IT Help Desk Coordinator who takes pride in making things work (and fixing them when they dont).

What youll be doing:

No two weeks are exactly the same but you can count on a few constants. Including:

Helping teammates navigate and resolve questions with company-supported hardware software and applications using documented procedures and the support of the broader IT team.
Helping prepare reports that give insight into help desk activity and opportunities for improvement.
Setting up new employee workstations including hardware operating systems software and cabling.
Tracking issues through resolution and keeping help desk documentation accurate and up to date.
Supporting IT asset inventory training materials and vendor coordination.

About you:

Youre someone who:

Enjoys helping people and takes satisfaction in creative problem solving.
Has a high school diploma or GED (required). An associates degree in IT computer science or a related field is a plus.
Has 01 year of experience in corporate IT or a service desk environment.
Is familiar with issue-tracking systems and IT support workflows.
Holds certifications like CompTIA A or Network preferably.
Is organized communicative and eager to learn.
