Job Summary
Job Description: Remote IT & Operations Specialist at TMN Insurance
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide remote IT support to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
- Manage and troubleshoot technical issues related to software hardware and networking.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect data and systems.
- Assist with system updates backups and maintenance tasks.
- Offer operational support to different departments as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT systems networks and infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or operations role.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and services.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices.
- Previous experience in insurance industry is a plus.
