Job Summary

**This is an onsite position** You must be a Georgia Resident**

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to)
â Manage a staff of up to 5 IT professionals. Includes performance management and employee
development.
â Support infrastructure of an online real-time transaction processing environment 24/7/365
â Coordinate with vendors to support the WAN for voice and data systems
â Support all facets of Active Directory
â Support email Storage Area Network (SAN) web servers etc.
â and MS SQL solutions
â Work with vendors to facilitate problem resolution
â Lead projects to improve infrastructure uptime or performance

REQUIREMENTS
â 2 years of people management
â 4 years in-depth knowledge of Windows servers
â 3 years in-depth knowledge of SQL databases
â Experience with Linux a plus
â Experience with Citrix or RDS
â Experience configuring LAN WAN and VoIP systems
â Strong documentation skills
â Familiarity with backup and restore processes
â Familiarity with build automation patch management automated deployments and packaging
â Experience with integration-type projects such as domain migration
â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
â Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
â Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Requires sitting standing and occasional light to medium lifting.
