Leidos is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support a SIGINT program by managing deliverables coordinating stakeholder communications and ensuring smooth project execution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in tracking progress mitigating risks and maintaining project documentation while collaborating with internal teams vendors and customers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as Master Task List (MTL) Manager and deliverable tracking.
- Provide technical meeting minutes identify action items.
- Prepare and compile technical briefs track submission of deliverables and monitor schedules.
- Coordinate weekly status updates and reviews with stakeholders including government customers and vendor partners.
- Support Technical Exchange Meetings (TEM) and other vendor or partner engagements.
- Assist with travel planning and coordination labor forecasting and requirements tracking.
- Manage project files and folders on shared drives using tools such as SharePoint Confluence and Jira.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in a business lieu of a bachelors degree an additional four (4) years experience is required for a total of eight (8) years experience.
- Four (4) years experience on large scale programs of over $5M a year in coordinating program related activities including requirements resources personnel funding and scheduling activities
- Strong experience with SharePoint Confluence and Jira.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Security Clearance Requirement Active TS/SCI with polygraph
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two (2) years of direct experience supporting the intelligence community or signals intelligence activity is desired.

Pay Range $65650.00 - $118675.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
