Position Overview
The Operations Coordinator supports a working leader (Associate Director Operations) within the Market Access Gap Closure Program by coordinating executing and communicating cross-functional initiatives that directly impact client experience and operational outcomes.
This role functions as a project-management-style partnerserving as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders driving clear communication maintaining rigorous documentation and ensuring initiatives progress on time and with precision. Success in this role requires strong written and verbal communication exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
The position is designed as a developmental opportunity for individuals seeking growth into an Operations Manager role through hands-on exposure to program leadership stakeholder engagement and operational decision-making.
Essential Duties
include but are not limited to the following:
Support planning execution and tracking of Gap Closure Program initiatives in close partnership with internal teams and external clients serving as a primary point of contact for day-to-day coordination and status communication.
Own end-to-end coordination of deliverables timelines risks and dependencies across multiple initiatives ensuring clear expectations documented decisions and timely follow-through.
Lead written and verbal communications related to program execution including client-facing updates meeting materials status reports and follow-up documentation with a high standard of clarity accuracy and professionalism.
Demonstrate increasing ownership of defined workstreams or initiatives including facilitating meetings managing action items and driving execution as experience grows.
Maintain comprehensive operational documentation and tracking to ensure data integrity visibility and audit readiness.
Monitor performance metrics and project progress; synthesize complex information into clear summaries insights and recommendations for both internal leadership and external stakeholders.
Identify process gaps data discrepancies and execution risks; proactively communicate impacts escalate when appropriate and recommend actionable solutions.
Partner cross-functionally with Operations Revenue Cycle IT Customer Experience and external partners to support order execution issue resolution and continuous process improvement.
Support change management initiatives by documenting new workflows communicating changes clearly and reinforcing adoption with internal and external stakeholders.
Balance speed accuracy and competing priorities in a fast-paced client-facing environment where attention to detail is critical.
Uphold company mission and values through accountability innovation integrity quality teamwork and an inclusion-focused mindset.
Support and comply with the companys Quality Management System policies and procedures.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Ability to work on a mobile device tablet or computer and perform typing for the majority of the workday.
Ability to travel up to 20% of working time including occasional overnight or weekend travel.

Experience in healthcare payer operations or regulated environments.
Exposure to project management methodologies operational reporting or process improvement initiatives.
Experience serving as a primary point of contact for clients or external partners.
Demonstrated interest in operations leadership or program ownership.
Salary Range:
$76000.00 - $125000.00The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time addition this position is bonus eligible.
