Job Summary

Responsible for the forecasting maintenance and inspection of all vehicles and equipment within the sub unit; responsibilities include:

Manage on the delivery of Level 1 servicing and maintenance of the Sqn vehicle fleet.

Manage the COSH and consumables account required to maintain the Sqn vehicle fleet.

Lead and manage a team.

Manage delegated tasks and associated risk.

Develop advise and support subordinates and junior officers.

Maintain health and safety in the workplace.

Manage subordinate discipline support subordinate development and deliver career advice/management.

Deliver in barracks/business process ensuring maintenance of standards and efficiency.
