- You are responsible for managing Team Member Accommodation ensuring higher internal customer satisfaction level.
- Ensuring the well-being of residents throughout their journey.
- Managing residents discipline and resolving escalated complaints or disputes
- Ensure that accommodation is clean well maintained and attractively presented
- Inspect areas and ensure that all aspects of the accommodation are met and maintain hygiene and health and safety regulations.
- Ensure buildings and equipments are in good running conditions and ensure periodic maintenance are done on time.
- Ensure all legal compliances are met inclusive of local authority regulations.
- Manage accommodation cost and ensure expenses are within the budget.
- Assist Manager of P&C on Team Member welfare and CSR activities
Qualifications :
- At least three years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge and experience in housekeeping operations
- Customer Service Skills
- Effective supervisory skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Eye for detail
