Bring your refined skills in strategic thinking and advisory support to the Chief of Staff and the broader senior leadership team on the strategic agenda! This is an exciting opportunity to join SimCorp as it embarks on its next chapter of double-digit growth as a leading investment platform technology provider.
This role will be central to strengthening the Strategy and Corporate Development function and is expected to deliver important insights and decision support to executive management while also take a leadership role within a high-caliber team of former top-tier consultants.
What you will be responsible for
Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that align with SimCorps corporate goals and objectives
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine long-term business strategies ensuring alignment with market opportunities and organizational strengths
Conduct in-depth analyses of market trends customer needs and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
Formulate and implement strategic plans ensuring alignment across departments and coordinating organizational change where necessary
Lead and manage strategic projects from conceptualization to execution ensuring they are delivered successfully and meet defined outcomes
Offer strategic advice and guidance on various business challenges including market entry growth operational efficiency and innovation
Track and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives adjusting strategies as needed to ensure alignment with SimCorps evolving business needs
Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic initiatives ensuring collaboration and alignment across various business units
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders summarizing strategic findings recommendations and progress
Mentor and guide junior consultants promoting a culture of excellence in strategy development problem-solving and innovation
What we value

10 years of experience in strategy consulting and organizational development preferably in the asset management or investment technology sector
Solid project/program management workshop facilitation and presentation skills
Well-developed analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to focus on details without losing sight of the bigger picture
Proficient research writing listening and verbal communication skills
Ability to mobilize stakeholders and form trusting relationships in a broad organizational context
Great collaborative skills; highly motivated team player with a positive mindset
Understanding of the asset management industry and the investment management technology landscape is beneficial
