Job Description
Do you want to help our bakeries work better through reliable and welldesigned ERP solutions
Were looking for an ERP Consultant (internally referred to as Solution Owner - Production & Procurement) to take responsibility for businesscritical solutions on the Unibake Business Platform (D365FO/AX) supporting how our bakeries plan operate and continuously improve their daily work. The role is open because a colleague has taken on a new opportunity within the company and were now looking for a new colleague to step in and further develop this important area.
This is what you will do
As an ERP Consultant you will have functional responsibility for defined business solutions within the Production & Procurement area of the Unibake Business Platform. You will act as solution lead for application services ensuring stable operations continuous improvement and consistent solutions across implementations that support the needs of our bakeries.
Primary areas of responsibility:
- Take active part in version and release upgrades of Unibakes ERP system (D365FO and AX2012)
- Solution lead for application area across multiple implementation projects to ensure solution consistency and take lead on delivery of enhancements
- Support the Business Process Manager with process standardization & optimization
- Drive delivery of Change Request within the solution area closely with Business Process Manager and Solution Architects
- Drive Super User forums for the functional area together with the Business Process Manager
- Ensure that the solution documentation is up to date
- Act as third line support for incidents
- Propose development by monitoring external trends and strategies for future roadmaps within the solution area
