What youll do
As a junior consultant in Structural Transformations youll work alongside full-time consultants as an integrated member of the project team. Youll be expected to conduct and prepare highquality qualitative and quantitative analyses while communicating your insights clearly both in writing and verbally.
Your contributions will form an important foundation for decisionmaking and youll see how your work directly influences project outcomes all while developing your analytical and consulting skills.
You can expect varied tasks as illustrated by some of the recent projects junior consultants in our team have worked on including:
- Conducting an analysis for the Danish Health Authority on illegal narcotics that informed ministerial recommendations and policy decisions
- Supporting green-transition projects through contract management risk analysis and evaluation of financing options
- Conducting a budget analysis of a large public authority with more than 10000 employees to identify potential savings and prioritisation opportunities
- Preparing and facilitating strategic workshops for a client in the construction industry
- Developing and implementing a new cost model supported by quantitative data analysis and a new pricing structure for a Danish municipality
- Conducting comprehensive analyses and strategy work for a large trade union to future-proof the organisation and its value proposition
What youll bring
Were looking for junior consultants with the right balance of analytical capabilities and human intelligence. You should be able to identify the right solutions while also understanding how change can be realised in complex organisations.
As a consultant its important to be curious humble and flexible in order to navigate diverse challenges when serving clients across both the private and public sectors so we would love it if you:
- Are passionate about helping solve the structural challenges facing our society
- Are able to balance strong academic performance with other interests and commitments
- Have solid experience from previous student jobs or other relevant experience
- Are enrolled in a relevant masters programme in the social sciences business or law
- Are fluent in Danish (spoken and written) as the role involves close collaboration with Danish-speaking clients and delivery of written materials in Danish
The average weekly working hours will be approximately 20 hours. During busy periods you must be able to commit to up to three days of work per week while we on the other hand are flexible during your exam periods.
We hire junior consultants with the intention of offering permanent employment as a consultant after you graduate so if you perform well we offer excellent opportunities for permanent employment.
