Technical Project Manager

• Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups Sprint Planning Retrospectives Reviews) for multiple development teams
• Remove impediments through collaboration with all involved departments shielding the team from external distractions and ensuring focus on value delivery
• Create and manage product backlogs for multiple products in collaboration with Product Owners
• Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and gather input for product development
• Promote continuous process improvement and foster transparent communication across teams
• Support development teams in their day-to-day activities and coach them on Agile best practices

• Manage key projects end-to-end from planning and execution to risk management and delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering business and infrastructure to ensure milestones and dependencies are aligned
• Develop and implement product roadmaps and project timelines for multiple products in parallel
• Analyze business requirements from ProductManagers translate them into technical requirements and ensure clarity across the development process
• Prepare regular project updates including KPIs and metrics proactively flag risks and communicate progress transparently across the organization
• Identify bottlenecks early and implement effective solutions to maintain project momentum
• Lead sprint reviews and closely monitor implementation status and team velocity

• Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering Electronics Telecommunications Robotics Software Engineering Computer Science Physics or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in technical project management within the tech industry particularly in SaaS products or intelligent technology initiatives
• Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts and development toolsets used in product development
• Proven track record of effective collaboration with IT engineering and cross-functional project teams
• Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Excellent ability to analyze compile and refine user stories and technical requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and proactive mindset
• Passion for innovation and emerging technology trends particularly in tech and automotive industries
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German proficiency is a plus
