Job Summary
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in supporting maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructures.
- Experience in network monitoring incident resolution and technical support within enterprise or service environments.
- Knowledge of network protocols connectivity troubleshooting and basic network configuration.
- Experience with diagnosing network issues supporting hardware and connectivity and assisting with network maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with IT service management practices and incident handling processes.
- Certifications in CompTIA Network Cisco Certified Technician (CCT) ITIL Foundation.
