Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Delivery professional to join our team providing direct support to clients and ensuring highquality followup and incident resolution. If you have an analytical mindset a strong customer focus and the willingness to learn about technologies and financial markets this opportunity is for you!

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients providing frontline support.
  • Log questions incidents issues and requests with complete and accurate information.
  • Research and respond to calls emails and tickets in a professional and timely manner in line with internal procedures.
  • Perform firstlevel technical troubleshooting including basic diagnostics on applications running on AS400 environments and resolve issues whenever possible.
  • Execute reporting data extraction and application configuration requests including tasks involving AS400based systems when applicable.
  • Escalate incidents to higher support levels based on established procedures.
  • Keep customers regularly informed about the status and progress of their requests.
  • Support internal project and development teams during new product release rollouts.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring measurement and alerting practices and tools.

Qualifications :

     

    • Fluency in French and English (nearnative level).
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Willingness and ability to learn technologies and products including topics related to the stock market.

    Valued Skills

    • Relevant academic background (minimum 3 years).
    • Previous experience in similar roles.
    • Knowledge of SQL (nice to have).
    • Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
    • Knowledge of AS400.
    • Understanding of the banking sector and financial markets (nice to have)

    Additional Information :

    • Availability to work in rotating shifts (starting at 6:00 AM and ending at 7:00 PM).
    • Occasional Saturday availability on a rotating schedule for technical operations with customers.
