About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Travel Coordinator to support clients with trip planning reservations and travel coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization client communication and working independently in a flexible environment. No prior travel industry experience is required as structured training and ongoing support are provided.
As a Remote Travel Coordinator you will assist with researching destinations coordinating accommodations and transportation and helping ensure a smooth booking experience for clients. You will work remotely set your own schedule and manage your workload independently while following established systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with travel planning and booking support
Research destinations accommodations and travel options
Coordinate itineraries and reservation details
Communicate with clients via email and messaging platforms
Maintain accurate records and follow booking procedures
Apply training materials and best practices consistently
