About the Role
We are looking for a Flemish-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join a dynamic team within the automotive industry. In this role you will support customers and provide a premium service experience aligned with the standards of a luxury automotive brand.
You will act as the main point of contact for customers ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer journey.
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer support via phone email or other communication channels.

Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products and services.

Deliver a premium customer experience consistent with luxury brand standards.

Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective problem resolution.

Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and overall service quality.
Requirements

Native or fluent Flemish (C2 level) and good English communication skills.

Previous experience in customer service or sales is required.

Experience working with premium or luxury brands is considered an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
