As a Reliability Engineer you are at the heart of keeping complex high-tech automated logistics systems running at their best. You help our customers achieve maximum availability safety and performance across the entire asset lifecycle. By combining data-driven analysis with hands-on collaboration you turn insights into lasting improvements.
This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex problems working closely with customers and colleagues and seeing the direct impact of their work on operational performance.
What will you be doing
You will work with Reliability Maintenance and Process Engineers to identify failure patterns eliminate losses and design robust maintenance strategies. Using methodologies such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Risk Management and Life Cycle Asset Management you ensure reliability is built in - not fixed later.

You will join the Site Performance team within Service Excellence working closely with Process Engineers and fellow Reliability Engineers. Youll also collaborate with Maintenance Engineers and Asset Management Consultants across the organization.
