Job Summary

Description

Marketing Operations & Excellence Manager will spearhead the marketing organization and cross-functional teams to generate best-in-market forecast model insight analytics and uplift marketing excellence capabilities to elevate overall brand performance. Marketing Operations & Excellence Manager will demonstrate cohesive collaboration with regional marketing team and other country marketing operations and/or insight team in APAC and local cross- functional teams of sales finance and logistics. The role entails:

  • Understanding the business needs and competitive landscape and effectively embrace AI assisted o9 solutions to develop the localized monthly demand process together with cross-functional team (local/regional)
  • Consolidate and leverage customer insights to drive successful business outcomes per brand
  • Lead and sharpen marketing excellence capabilities within the organization
  • Support and collaborate with other marketing team on new product launch preparation material approval process
  • Execute brand marketing program in Hong Kong such as MiSight


Responsibilities

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:

  1. High business analytical capabilities to orchestrate in-market demand forecast
    • Embrace AI assisted o9 solutions to uplift demand planning and forecast accuracy
    • Ensuring all segments and channels of CV business are well documented in monthly and ad hoc demand and finance forecast
    • Understand the demand drivers building block with activities and aggregate sales assumption and forecast data from CV sales and marketing team
    • Highlights demand trends documents key assumptions and building block with activities as well as risks & opportunities and present in monthly S&OP meeting.
    • Spearhead cross-functional working team to elevate the accuracy of demand forecast
    • Align with local/regional relevant internal stakeholders on processes and forecast outcome
    • Supports demand planning for new product introduction
  2. Identifies continuous improvement opportunities in monthly demand and finance forecast generation process.
    • Insight Analytics to polish brand strategy and tactics:
    • Lead the marketing organization to consolidate customer and consumer insights
    • Embrace analytical skill and capability to crystalize key strategic imperatives per brands
    • Plan organize implement and encapsulate the outcome of market research to crystalize brand strategy and tactics
    • Visualize the impact of each brand campaign and key initiatives to gain in-depth assessment and evaluation of ROI
  3. Generate best-in-market Marketing Excellence:
    • Collaborate with marketing head to evaluate marketing capability in each team
    • Liaise with external vendor regional/global marketing team to co-create effective marketing training module
    • Lead and execute effective marketing training session programs based on the requirements among each team
  4. Execute brand marketing program in Hong Kong such as MiSight
    • Produce sales detailing aids
    • Closely work with sales team and PA team to execute ECP promotion programs and prepare related promotional materials
    • Closely work with PA team to conduct ECP education events
    • Execute the trial program CRM and public awareness program and produce related visuals social post and POSM etc
    • Work with agency to produce effective media plan and conduct post program evaluation
  5. Others:
    • Support each marketing team on NPLCO process for product launch
    • Collaborate with marketing team on CV marketing material approval process including marketing claims process
    • Drive and lead cultural transformation as a change agent in marketing organization


Travel:

As this is a role covering both Hong Kong & Taiwan but based in Hong Kong it will require travel to Taiwan occasionally about 3-4 time per year.



Qualifications

Qualifications Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Deep understanding of customer journey and analytical method to unveil key opportunities and issues
  • Track record of marketing execution excellence and ROI through planning operations-savvy creative execution readiness and analytics/insights
  • Expertise on leading marketing training session program
  • Team player with the confidence and integrity to earn client and internal team confidence quickly.
  • Ability to thrive in a fluid and multicultural environment.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills

  • Business savvy Entrepreneurial & Persuasive


Work Environment:

Mainly office environment


Experience:

  • 10 years experience in marketing analytics marketing excellence
  • Experienced in demand forecast and S&OP process
  • Proven success in modern marketing and execution experience ideally both B to B and B to C
  • Direct experience interfacing with retail partners healthcare professionals and proven track record delivering growth/performance metrics


Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related business field.
