ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
We are currently seeking Consultants / Senior Consultants to support and drive the growth of our WPB practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader in a growing team of WPM experts where you will be initiating and implementing cutting-edge data & analytics programmes for top-tier Financial Services clients.
This project is with a leading Global Bank as aDelivery Manageron drivingadoption of new processes systems or structures. Experience in running Wechat mini appsis preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead planning and delivery of a WeChat system project ensuring timely execution of roadmap milestones and effective communication across workstreams.
- Gather and analyse business requirements from product teams frontline digital and marketing functions translating them into clear user stories and system features.
- Support UI/UX design activities including user journeys wireframes and design workshops ensuring the platform aligns with customer behaviours and cultural expectations.
- Partner with Technology teams to validate feasibility coordinate development cycles and ensure smooth integration with existing systems and data flows.
- Maintain key delivery artefacts such as RAID logs project plans governance decks and reporting dashboards for senior management.
- Oversee UAT activities: preparing test scenarios coordinating testers managing defect tracking and securing signoff for production release.
- Deliver change interventions (communications training onboarding materials) to support adoption across relationship teams and service channels.
- Facilitate crossfunctional meetings and stakeholder forums to align scope manage risks/issues and drive resolution of delivery blockers.
- Analyse usage metrics and feedback to support continuous platform improvement after rollout.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
- At least 4 years working experience across change delivery business analysis or digital product implementation within banking or financial services
- Experience delivering Wechat mini apps is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of project delivery including Agile cycles backlog prioritisation and crossfunctional coordination.
- Experience delivering digital communication chat or mobile app features is highly advantageous. Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements user stories and UI/UX considerations.
- Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills with the ability to work across diverse teams including frontline digital technology and marketing.
- Experience supporting UAT test execution defect management and release readiness.
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be required for this position.
