Job Title: Collections Representative (Collector)

Pay Rate: $25/hr.

Shift: AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Collections Representative to join our team. This role focuses on supporting accounts receivable efforts by communicating with customers regarding outstanding payments. The client is willing to train the right candidate making this a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the field of collections.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow up on payment reminder emails with customers
Request invoices and supporting documentation as needed
Resend invoices to customers to ensure timely payment
Maintain accurate records of customer communications
Provide professional and courteous customer service
Assist with other collections-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer and email proficiency
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to handle sensitive financial information professionally
Prior collections or accounts receivable experience is a plus but not required
