Join our team as a Vaccines Commercial Operations & Tender Analyst and play a key role in driving expansion of our vaccine portfolio. Based in Madrid reporting to the Strategy & Commercial Operations Associate Director we are seeking a strategic analytical strong professional to optimize commercial operations for our vaccines business and tenders. You will partner cross-functionally to translate market insights into winning tender strategies robust forecasts and data-driven commercial plans that ensure success of our vaccine portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight vaccines strategic and operational planning for the vaccines business unit: monitoring progress managing execution and measuring results.

  • Collaboratewith thecross-functionalteam to gather information and resources necessary for the preparation of tender competitive offers.

  • Stayupdatedonmarkettrendsandtenderpoliciestoidentifybusinessopportunities.

  • Developandimplementbusinessintelligencetoolsforthecollectionandanalysisofcriticalvaccines & tender data for strategicdecision-making.

  • Generatereportsanddashboards to identify market trends risks and business opportunities.

  • CollaboratewiththesalesteamsmarketingandfinanceteamstoalignVaccines salesassumptions withbusinessstrategiesandtheenvironment.

  • Developandmaintainforecastingmodelsthathelppredictsalesandexpensesoftheunitsproducts.

  • ImplementmanagementstrategiesthatensuretheavailabilityofVaccinesaccordingtodemandandavailableproductionallincollaborationwiththeinternalteamsinvolvedinsupplymanagement.

Qualifications skillsandrequiredexperience

  • Universitydegree. Masters degree will be a plus.

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing/sales or commercial operations in pharma industry.

  • Vaccines market knowledge will be a plus.

  • English fluency.
