TheCommercialDirectoristhestrategicsalesrevenueandmarketingleaderfor the property along with the rest of the Guidance Team accountablefor the hotels financial performance. The Commercial Director is responsible for monitoringtheperformanceof the hotelandkeymarketstoidentifyrevenueopportunitiesthatwillenhance profitability. This leadership role has overallresponsibility to createidentify develop and implement commercial strategies in all areas of the hotel and forallsegments within the relevant markets including conductingthenecessary analysisto develop annual RevPAR targets for the hotel and marketsharegoals.
