Head of Platform Operations (Cx)

Job Description:
You will lead the front-line of problem-solving for a platform dedicated to decarbonizing home heating. By combining technical expertise with strong people skills you will build scalable processes that deliver exceptional customer and partner experiences. This role is critical to making clean energy technology more affordable and accessible globally.

What you will do:

Act as a critical feedback loop for product development turning field insights into new platform features and services.

The ideal candidate:

At least 7 years of experience in operations roles including leadership experience in startup or scale-up environments.
Technically minded with the ability to build creative solutions whether through vibe coding MVPs or structured systems.
A high-energy self-starter with a bias for action and the grit to solve problems from first principles.
