Head of Campus Network

Experians Digital Workplace team is looking for a Head of Campus Network to lead our global engineering and operations for Secure Service Edge (SSE) and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA). In this role youll guide the evolution of our Zero Trust architecture ensuring secure and seamless access for colleagues partners and applications across cloud and onprem environments.

Youll champion our move from legacy VPN to modern ZTNA improving segmentation strengthening access controls and reducing risk. Youll shape global standards for traffic steering client deployments TLS inspection and identity integration while also acting as our wireless networking expert.

As a handson leader youll support complex troubleshooting help refine policies and drive platform optimisation. Youll also advance automation through InfrastructureasCode and APIdriven approaches to create consistent scalable and efficient operations. Collaboration will be centralpartnering with Identity Cloud Network Endpoint and SOC teams to ensure secure integrated endtoend visibility across our ecosystem.

This is a hybrid London-based role (40% working in office) reporting to the VP for Digital Workplace Operations NA India and APAC

Summary of Primary Responsibilities

Zero Trust & SASE Leadership

• Lead the design and operation of a Zero Trust framework aligned with NIST standards.
• Own Zscaler or Netskope platforms including configuration policy governance and lifecycle management.
• Define CASB SWG and DLP controls while integrating SDWAN to optimise performance and security visibility.

Wireless & RF Engineering

• Oversee enterprise wireless infrastructure endtoend from RF design and surveys to deployment and optimisation.
• Deliver advanced RF tuning roaming optimisation and WiFi 6/6E operations with planning for WiFi 7 adoption.
• Manage wireless controllers and cloud platforms such as Cisco Catalyst Center Aruba Central or Juniper Mist ensuring strong wireless security standards (WPA3 802.1X/EAP RADIUS).

Strategic Leadership

• Lead network engineering teams across both security and wireless disciplines.
• Develop the enterprise network roadmap and manage vendor relationships procurement and technology evaluation.
• Track KPIs related to uptime wireless performance and overall security posture.

Qualifications :

• Senior leadership experience in enterprise networking and security with handson ownership of Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) or Netskope in production environments.
• Strong background in Zero Trust architecture and SASE framework design and deployment.
• Proven experience delivering and operating large multisite wireless networks (500 APs).
• Deep expertise in Zscaler or Netskope security technologies (ZIA ZPA ZDX CASB SWG ZTNA).
• Experience with SDWAN platforms such as Meraki VeloCloud or Prisma SDWAN.
• Solid understanding of core network security concepts including microsegmentation identitybased access TLS inspection and DNS security.
• Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP BGP OSPF MPLS and cloud networking across AWS Azure or GCP.
• Advanced RF engineering and enterprise wireless experience including WiFi 6/6E 802.1X/EAP and use of tools like Ekahau or AirMagnet.

Relevant Certifications

• CCIE Enterprise Wireless or CCIE Security
• Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP) ZIA / ZPA
• Netskope Certified Cloud Security Administrator (NCCSA) or equivalent
• CWNE (Certified Wireless Network Expert)
• Similar qualifications also desirable.
