About the Role
Youll support Insurance in meeting its compliance expectations by validating and breach assessing incidents and contributing to effective incident management. Working with risk compliance and business partners youll contribute to reducing incidents and improving regulatory outcomes. This is a meaningful opportunity to drive learning influence decisionmaking and support our compliance culture.
What Youll Do
Complete incident validation and detailed breach assessments ensuring Insurance meets its regulatory and compliance obligations
Partner with teams across Insurance to guide them through the Breach Assessment process and support effective resolution
Maintain strong recordkeeping practices including accurate reporting action tracking and documentation of rootcause insights
Provide insights from incidents to help reduce risk exposure uplift compliance capability and strengthen customer outcomes
Support highquality breach reporting to regulators by ensuring accuracy timeliness and clarity in submissions
Contribute to improvements in compliance processes working closely with the Breach Assessment & Reporting Manager and partner teams
What Youll Bring
Experience in operational risk compliance or financial services with the ability to analyse information identify key issues and recommend solutions
Knowledge of the Insurance regulatory landscape and a strong interest in building your compliance expertise
Ability to communicate clearly support stakeholders and explain obligations in an accessible and practical way
Strong attention to detail ensuring accurate assessments documentation and reporting
Comfortable working with structured processes and adapting to change with team support
A collaborative approach contributing positively to risk culture and continuous improvement across Insurance
