We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to work with Senior Managers in our Quality team; supporting our homes to develop implement and maintain processes that ensure compliance with aged care accreditation standards.
About the role
You will assist the Quality Managers in preparing reports and implementing action plans in partnership with the home management teams. The QLDRN acts as an agent of change and is also responsible for driving continuous improvement across our homes. Your role will includeConducting audits for regulatory compliance and supporting homes to address gaps as well as assisting in preparing for accreditation and supporting continuous improvement plans.
