DescriptionThe IT Surveillance Technician I installs maintains and repairs surveillance systems access control devices and panic buttons to ensure secure and reliable operations. This role involves installing and terminating cabling troubleshooting cameras and related equipment and supporting surveillance engineers on multiple projects. The position requires hands-on technical skills comfort working in challenging environments and at heights and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
Responsibilities- Install and terminate cabling.
- Install and troubleshoot surveillance cameras access control devices and related equipment.
- Support and assist surveillance engineers.
- May perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications- Ability to problem-solve and handle multiple projects.
- Knowledge and use of hand and power tools including power drills saws testing devices and instruments.
- Excellent written communication presentation and computer skills including working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.
- Must have and maintain a valid drivers license.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a CNGC gaming license; Catoosa based employees are required to hold an OHRC racing and gaming license.
- High School Diploma or GED and experience installing terminating and troubleshooting cabling or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
