Job Title: IT Operations Support Shipping & Receiving

Location: Fort Worth TX (Onsite)

Duration: 6 12 Month Contract (Potential Extension)

Position Overview: HealthPlus is seeking an IT Operations Support Specialist to support shipping receiving and asset handling for IT equipment at their Fort Worth operations site.

This role will assist with inventory tracking device preparation and logistics coordination for IT hardware supporting enterprise operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in IT asset management warehouse logistics or technical operations environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and process incoming IT hardware shipments.
Verify equipment against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
Package and ship laptops desktops monitors and peripherals.
Maintain accurate asset tracking and inventory records.
Coordinate distribution of equipment to internal teams or field locations.
Prepare and label equipment for deployment.
Assist with inventory audits and stock organization.
Ensure proper handling of sensitive IT equipment.
Work with internal operations teams to fulfill equipment requests.

Required Qualifications:

1 3 years of experience in IT operations support warehouse logistics or asset management.
Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
Basic familiarity with IT hardware (laptops monitors docking stations etc.).
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to lift and move equipment packages when needed.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
Experience with asset management tools or ticketing systems.
Experience supporting healthcare or regulated environments.

Additional Notes:

Fully onsite role in Fort Worth TX.
Environment may include IT staging warehouse or logistics area.

Pay rate: $28/hr on W2.
