Position Summary The Accounting Coordinator supports day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions by ensuring invoices payments and financial records are accurate complete and processed in a timely manner. This role works closely with the Finance team and internal partners to support cash flow maintain data integrity and assist with month-end activities. Key Responsibilities - Process Accounts Payable invoices including data entry coding verification and approvals
- Support Accounts Receivable activities including invoicing payment posting and account tracking
- Review AP and AR transactions for accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding invoice status discrepancies and payment questions
- Assist with payment processing vendor setup and W-9 documentation
- Maintain organized electronic and physical records to support audits and reporting
- Support month-end close by assisting with reconciliations and researching discrepancies
- Enter and maintain accurate financial documentation within internal systems
- Identify errors or missing information and follow up for resolution
- Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications - 02 years of experience in Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable accounting or administrative support
- Associates degree in Accounting Finance Business or related field preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Comfortable with data entry and learning new systems
- Strong organizational time management and communication skills
Preferred (Not Required) - Prior exposure to AP/AR processes or invoicing
- Experience in logistics transportation or a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems
