Job Summary
Position Summary:
This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience and contribute to a key project focused on process improvement within the department. This position will be based onsite at Wonderful Pistachios and Almonds located in Los Angeles CA. This summer internship is a 6 to 10-week program.
Duties and Responsibilities -
- Assist with organizing reviewing and analyzing financial and operational data
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information
- Assist with Oracle ERP process flow testing
- Perform data validation to ensure system accuracy
- Document testing steps and results clearly
- Support process improvement initiatives as needed
- Maintain organized records of testing and validation activities
- Identify discrepancies and report findings to the Accounting/Finance team
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be Wonderful Scholar enrolled in the College Success program.
- Must be 18 years of age
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong Excel skills (data organization formulas sorting filtering basic analysis)
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and structured processes
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Accounting Finance Mathematics or related field
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00/hour
