Job Summary

Wealth Performance & Analytics
The role performs analysis and predictive modeling for key business decisions and strategic initiatives focused on headcount gearing productivity operations and sales across the Wealth and Distribution areas. This job develops implements and supports business analytics initiatives and projects that extract key insights from relevant data sets to provide insights and recommendations to management.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develops capacity planning and business models utilizing data statistical and quantitative analysis explanatory and predictive modeling and fact-based management to provide actionable insights and recommendations for management to ensure effective utilization of resources

  • Performs various strategic and ad-hoc analyses involving the creation and distribution of reports and/or dashboards based on findings through data exploration analysis and modeling efforts

  • Monitors and maintains talent databases to ensure data availability accessibility and accuracy

  • Liaises with other functions within the organization such as HR Information Technology and Business Leaders; presents to senior management on results and analytical insights

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

  • 3 Years Required; 5 Years Preferred

Anticipated Posting End Date:

Base Pay Range: $81300/yr - $103000/yr

Actual base salary may vary based upon but not limited to relevant experience time in role base salary of internal peers prior performance business sector and geographic addition to base salary the competitive compensation package may include depending on the role participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example annual discretionary incentive programs non-annual sales incentive plans or other non-annual incentive plans).
