Metro Property Management is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to support the administrative and operational activities of the organization. The Data Entry Associate is responsible for accurately entering organizing and maintaining property-related information in internal systems and databases.
This role plays an important part in ensuring that tenant records lease information vendor documentation financial transactions and maintenance records are properly documented and easily accessible for property managers and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update tenant property lease and vendor information into company databases and management systems.
Maintain accurate digital records for residential condominium and commercial property portfolios.
Review documents and verify data accuracy before entering information into internal systems.
Assist with inputting financial data such as rent payments invoices and vendor billing information.
Update maintenance requests service records and work orders within the property management system.
Organize and maintain electronic filing systems for property documents contracts and HOA records.
Generate reports and spreadsheets for property managers and administrative staff.
Conduct routine checks to identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies.
Assist with document preparation record retrieval and administrative support tasks.
Ensure confidentiality when handling tenant vendor and financial information.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business administration or related field preferred.
Previous experience in data entry administrative support or office operations.
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel Word and Outlook.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in property management real estate administration or HOA management.
Familiarity with property management software or accounting systems.
Basic knowledge of financial documentation and invoice processing.
